Rules
This simulation/role-playing game is an Obsidian Fleet game. As such, all members and activities within this game and in its discord are subject to the fleet’s rules to the fullest extent possible. Additionally, this game will have its own independent rules. In the event of any contradictions, the fleet’s rules will take precedence.
Game Rules:
1.) No bullying, harassing, or abusive behavior at all. We have a zero tolerance policy and you will be immediately removed from the community.
2.) No racist, sexist or discriminatory remarks. This is an all inclusive community.
3.) Be kind and respectful to each other. Treat others how you would want to be treated.
4.) You must be 13+ to role play in this game. There will be infrequent mild swearing, mild sexual innuendo and references, and mild violence.
5.) If you have joined the discord first, everyone must have a least 1 approved character in-game within 14 days of joining discord. There is a maximum limit of 3 NPCs per person in-game but NPCs are optional. If you need more NPCs, discuss with the GameMaster first.
6.) Minimum posting requirements: There is no maximum limit. We do encourage collaboration, creativity, and love for the game/world. However, in order for their to be a minimum activity level, all player must abide by minimum posting requirements. All players must engage the community with mission posts, personal logs/journal or diary entries, and joint posts. All players must complete 1 mission post every 14 days. Mission posts should be at minimum 500 words. You must post one personal log/journal entry every 20 days. Personal logs/mission entries should be at minimum two paragraphs of at least five sentences each. Lastly, you must be apart of at least 1 joint post every 60 days. Reach out to your fellow members and collaborate. Reach out to the game master if you need inspiration, have writers block, don’t know what to write/type, or you haven’t gotten a hold of anyone to participate in a joint post. Joint posts should have a minimum of two characters. Remember, this is a writing/reading game which you must act out your character(s) based on circumstances within the game. Games like these involve lots of reading, writing, and can be text heavy. Make sure you really want to do this before joining.
7.) Violation of any rules is subject to disciplinary actions up to and including removal from the game and discord. However all disciplinary actions will be progressive.
8.) The Game Master will do their best to announce any changes to rules but rules subject to change without notice. Periodically check the rules page to stay up to date. Ignorance is not an excuse.
9.) Reach out to the Game Master or any member in the senior staff if you have any questions, issues, or concerns.
10.) If you need to take time off or need a break, please use the LOA or ELOA feature within Nova or reach out to the Game Master. There is a maximum amount of time for LOA and ELOA requests but this have yet to be determined.

Lastly, please, if you suspect anyone of violating any of the rules, please communicate with that person first before making a formal complaint. Sometimes there can be misunderstandings or confusion. Communicate. Ask questions. If you must, reach out to the Game Master.
